Paint Booth Filters has the following Return Policy:
All orders to be returned must be shipped back with an authorized RGA form. Please call 800-436-4613 to obtain the correct form. If you return a product without this form, it is considered an unauthorized return and will not be refunded.
- Carefully follow the directions on the RGA form. Failure to follow the directions may result in an issue processing the return. Write the RGA number on the return shipment packaging.
- Customized filters are non-refundable.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- With exceptions, customers can only exchange items within 72 hours of original purchase to avoid restocking fees.
- The customer must pay all return freight charges and are responsible for loss or damage to product during the return shipping process.
- Any products that have been used or installed are not eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, no exceptions.
- RGA forms are only valid for one month, and the customer must obtain a form within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns are invalid after 30 days. All returns are invalid without an RGA form. All returns are invalid if the RGA form is not requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Paint Booth Filters has the right to make exceptions for returns and subject returns to restocking fees depending on the specific situation.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers assume risk for loss or damage to product when shipped from the supplier, distributor or manufacturer.
